Two words: Inga Cares. In a world where professional repetitiveness dulls services, Doctor2me and their staff are sharp and caring. Inga was on the phone with me at midnight and was able to get Dr Feldsher to visit our home at 1AM even though I was outside her service area. Dr Feldsher came, spoke with authority and gave us a solid plan for my son to recover. The next day both Dr Feldsher and Inga called to check on my son. I am impressed. Last night I didn’t want to take my son to the hospital or an urgent care because he was weak and it was cold outside. Having an in person visit was great. Will recommend Doctor2me.

On Saturday Jan 27, I woke up with severe stomach cramps which I had never experienced before. The whole day I hoped it would subside after tying some over the counter anti gas and anti acid pills. By nightfall it was still persistent so I checked around for urgent care facilities. They were all closed. I didn’t want to go to the ER at the local hospital because of the long wait period , so I checked to see if there was a 24 hour facility available. I discovered Dr2me .com. My call was answered by a lady who was understanding of my needs and would have a Dr call me very shortly. I then spoke with Dr Zhanna Feldsher who went over my situation and determined that I probably contracted a virus that was circulating currently. She prescribed a few medications for me and also gave me some alternative reasons for my severe discomfort.
I got the prescriptions within the hour. I slept completely without any discomfort at all and now today feel a lot better.
My take on all this is that this service is really great. One can receive medical care virtually over the phone or if needed an in home visit. And Dr Feldsher was so professional and caring. And the cost was very reasonable. Thumbs up on this service !
PS I didn’t get the lady’s name that I spoke to first, but she was great as well.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Doctor2me and with Doctor Zhanna Feldsher. Inga who was amazing with her help and response time and sending Dr Feldsher who is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Was very helpful with our follow up questions and easing our worries . We are so lucky to have found this service and know that there are doctors like Dr. Feldsher . So grateful for her .
