3. Emotional, Spiritual & Family Support: Social workers, counselors, chaplaincy support, trained volunteers, and bereavement counseling help patients and families feel supported before, during, and after care.
4. Therapy & Nutritional Support: Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and registered dietitian support may be provided as part of the patient’s personalized hospice plan.
5. Respite, Crisis & Facility-Based Support: Guardian Angel Hospice provides inpatient care, respite care, continuous skilled nursing for crisis periods, private duty nursing, and services for residents in skilled nursing facilities.
